Getting to grips with the
Exchange Management Shell
Exchange Server 2007
Seminar abstract

This one day seminar is focused on the intricacies and advantages of the Microsoft Exchange 2007 Management Shell (MSH). The underlying configuration structure of Exchange has changed and now fully embraces the new Microsoft PowerShell. By layering new Exchange centric commands on top of PowerShell, a whole new world of functionality has been added that allows complex commands to be constructed. This new way of working can replace time consuming repeated manual commands, or even bespoke Visual Basic scripts. For Exchange administrators this new method of working through a command interface may seem intimidating, this seminar will allay those concerns by steadily revealing the scope and power of command programming the Exchange MSH.
