After years of consulting, I started XTSeminars, the goal was simple: share knowledge, reduce complexity, and empower professionals to build secure, scalable identity solutions. I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of you — in masterclasses, at conferences, online, and in conversations that sparked new ideas.

Now, both XTSeminars and I are officially retired. I’m deeply grateful for every connection, every collaboration, and every “aha!” moment. Thank you for being part of this adventure.

Created a 36-lab hands-on Identity Masterclass delivered worldwide with partners including NIC events, Oxford Computer Group, SCT, Glasspaper.
Community
Active in the Microsoft MVP and identity communities — contributing talks, videos, and guidance across Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and more.
Global impact

XTSeminars and John officially retire. The resources remain online as an archive.

I’ll be focusing on enjoying retirement, friends and family.
